Lee Rafkin is a cancer survivor whose world was rocked by a Stage IV colon cancer diagnosis he never saw coming. Twelve years later, Rafkin shares his powerful story of resilience, recovery, and reinvention, reminding all of us that a second act is within reach.
Rafkin is a brand manager, marketing consultant, chief marketing officer, and communications professional with over 30 years of experience working with more than 100 clients across four continents, from Shanghai to São Paulo and Moscow to Madrid.
Lee lives in the Berkshires in western Massachusetts with his wife Keri, where he enjoys road trips, riding motorcycles, and perfecting his Spanish. He’s a graduate of Brown University and the Kellogg School of Management. Always Order Ice Cream is Lee’s first book.
